Our Story

Working within the packaging industry for multiple decades, founder Bill Nathan has seen it all when it comes to building machinery, fixing machinery, managing production floors, and more. With that time and experience comes a unique perspective and set of knowledge towards common problems and obstacles faced when working with a variety of machines within the liquid filling side of the packaging industry.  For example, gravity fillers take a great deal of time to setup for production, and are difficult to access in order to clean and sanitize due to the heavy, raised cylindrical supply tank. Piston fillers require expensive moving parts that generate a variety of problems including continually maintenance and hard to access areas which make it difficult to clean and sanitize effectively. Regardless of the filler used, the time it takes to conduct a product changeover is lengthy, leading to an unreasonable amount of machine downtime… and that is just the start. These headaches led Bill to innovate and construct a machine that was cost-effective, easy to clean, required minimal maintenance, and had the capability of executing fast, budget friendly product changeovers in a simple design. With this innovation, Simple Fill Solutions is proud to showcase the PreS-SureFiller- a new way of looking at old technology!

Simple Fill Solutions is a family-owned business operating out of Southeastern Wisconsin helping businesses find an alternative, efficient and cost-effective way to solve their packaging problems. Using decades of vast experience in contract packaging and machinery, founder Bill Nathan designed a system that eliminates all common issues related to filling in a simple, self-teaching system.
