Theory of Operation

Just like our name states, how it works is quite simple! Product rests in a pressurized chamber which has, depending on viscosity, a specific configuration. Upon release of material at the end of the hydraulic path is a valve which opens and closes quickly- When opened, pressure and material is maintained in the system in a closely balanced proportion. A small amount of regulated air pressure acts as a balancer to the pump pressure, hence, the tank refills while system discharge is taking place. Using time & pressure, the system is fine tuned to set the rate of production and fill profile. Once tuned in and set up, it is as simple as powering up the machine and starting production. Simple, easy, and straight-forward!
